Or is Materials and Equipment the same thing…

I am just writing up a bid room for room in a home, along with an outdoors section….

So should I just write:

Living room [Materials, Equipment, Labor] $695 OR should I write:
Living room [Materials, Labor] $695 ?????

I would like to show as much as I can….as far as whats concerned/used…..

So what do you think??????
It occured to me when I was writing up the outdoors section of the bid that maybe I could throw the word equipment in there (for each and every room, including outdoors) because there arent too many materials (usually meaning something you buy at home depot/etc) however there is equipment that I previously owned that will have been used…….get it?? What do you think… Thanks =]

ALSO, anything you could think of that would make it sound ‘bigger’…. IE: Instead of just putting:
Living Room $695……………..I would add the other………..to help visualize the process…. so are there any other keywords that would sound better??? Thanks!!!

10 Points best answer goes out in 4 hours ASAP!!

Need to break it down further.
Equipment is tools and such, eg Scaffold/Ladder rental
Materials are building materials, paint, wood, etc
Labor is the cost of the time of the people working on the project - painter, electrician etc.

construction plants and equipment idle times

A plant/equipment is designed for a specific capacity. While designing the capacity the down time must be considered. It is critical. Down time is the idle time that machine undergoes maintenance either a planed or breakdown. or if there is some other problem like insufficient design for upstream to supply the raw material and downstream to utilise the product, the plant is forced to stop. In that case we can not achive the capacity target. plant must be overdesigned to achive the same

The idea is to have financial and directional control on a large construction project (restaurant/lounge). To avoid being ripped off by construction companies or individuals, I want to set up a construction company that would essentially win the bid and outsource to individuals and companies. Those would all work under the umbrella of my company, and would be payed as technicians who brought their experience. My company would be responsible for procurement of building material and some equipment. What do you guys think?

This is the function of the architect
